Wine:
The Nicolas Fétizon Champagne is a small precision mechanism that has all the codes of excellence. With very little dosage, partially aged in barrels, this blend of 70% pinot noir and 30% chardonnay offers an undeniable charm. The nose of small red fruits, raspberry in particular, completed with citrus fruits, is of an exquisite freshness. The framework of beautiful density, ample and generous, marked by the intensity of the pinot noir of Bouzy, is accompanied by a superb natural tension and an impeccable finesse of bubble which stretches the matter. Fine bitters punctuate the tasting in a perfect ensemble for both the aperitif and the table, with smoked, marinated or grilled fish. A great champagne! Rated 93+/100 by the Committee.Vinification:
