Wine:

Precise and vibrant, the Brut Nature cuvée is a true delight. Grown on limestone soils, the Pinot Noir displays exceptional purity, combining richness with striking minerality. Its deep colour reflects the grapes’ superb ripeness, further enhanced by a textured, complex palate brimming with aromatic intensity, featuring floral notes, white fruits, and spices. Clean and mouthwatering, this wine’s grounded character concludes elegantly with ripe citrus and impeccable definition. Undoubtedly, one of the most sought-after non-dosage cuvées among enthusiasts.

Hand harvested, aged on lath for 36 months.
