Wine:

A 1.33 hectare vineyard, the 2013 Dizy Terres Jacquesson is a Blanc de Noirs Champagne, 100% pinot noir from a very fine harvest. Tasted by us at the Jacquesson estate in November 2021, we had the privilege of discovering the amplitude of this pinot, its creamy, pastry-like notes brought on by aging and the patina of time, that unique structure that forms the most complex Champagne wines. The magnum version is even rarer: 584 copies for a wine of pure excellence! Rated 96/100 by our Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested on October 9, 2013. Beautiful late harvest. Vineyard: 12,000 pinot noir vines planted on 1ha33 in 1993. Dosage 0.75 gr/l. Extra Brut. Production of 10,512 bottles and 584 magnums.
