Harvested from an exceptional vintage, the 2015 Dizy Terres Rouges Extra-Brut Blanc Champagne presents a full-bodied, generous, and vibrant profile. With a broad and structured depth, this robust Champagne pairs beautifully with dishes like roast chicken or duck in jus. An excellent bottle to start enjoying now. Vinification:

Hand harvested on 15 September 2015. Vineyard: 12,000 Pinot Noir vines planted on 1 ha 33 in 1993. Vinified and matured in tuns on the lees without filtering or fining. Disgorged in March 2023. Dosage 0 g/l (Extra Brut). Production of 10,462 bottles and 509 magnums.
