This joyful sparkling wine offers perfect balance, making it an excellent choice for an aperitif, paired with gougères, or a salmon gravlax. Vinification:

Manual harvesting, with both alcoholic and malolactic fermentations conducted in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks.
The wine is blended with reserve wines also stored in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks, large casks (foudres), and barrels, followed by 24 months of aging on lees and an additional 3 months of rest after disgorgement.
Dosage: 7.5 g/l.
