Wine:

The 2015 Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame Champagne is the epitome of richness and elegance, presenting a mature and intense profile. Notes of white flowers, fruits, and citrus unfold gracefully, intertwined with a striking mineral imprint. This Champagne is both subtle and graceful, with a beautiful tension and a vibrant, finely contoured mid-palate, leading to a savory finish. The Pinot Noir contributes superb nobility and depth, while the soft effervescence perfectly balances its impressive structure. This is a vinous Champagne, built for aging and undoubtedly crafted for the table.

Vinification:

Mainly composed of grapes from the historic Grands Crus vineyards of Aÿ, Verzenay, Verzy, Ambonnay and Bouzy. The 10% Chardonnay comes from the Grands Crus vineyards of Avize and Mesnil-sur-Oger.

Brut dosage: 6g/l.
