Nestled between the Cévennes and the garrigue, Faugères is a haven where nature reigns supreme. It’s in this unspoiled setting, shaped by its iconic schist soils, that Frédéric Albaret established Domaine Saint-Antonin. Committed to organic farming and agroecology, the estate employs natural practices such as sheep grazing and ground cover to nurture its powerful terroir.
