Wine:

The 2022 Red IGP Collines Rhodaniennes Domaine des Gardes brings together delicate notes of violet and black fruits with impressive intensity. This Syrah, grown on sandy soils, showcases beautiful ripeness, elegantly infused, and develops into pure, fresh juice with great depth, complemented by present yet well-balanced tannins.

Vinification:

Completely destemmed, traditional fermentation in stainless steel vats. Gentle extraction by pumping-over and delestage.
Vatting for 20 days under controlled temperature.
Aged in stainless steel and concrete vats.

Color:

Bright red with purplish highlights.

Nose:

Notes de violette et de fruits noirs, ponctuées de fines touches de syrah sur sables, très septentrionale

Palate:

Pure and fresh, with perfectly ripe fruit, this wine with its infused profile develops a juice of great depth and purity, with well-balanced tannins.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.

From now until 2029.
