A small gem from Piedmont, the 2020 red Barolo Terra offers a delicious interpretation of the appellation, staying true to the Nebbiolo grape. The refined nose, with notes of blood orange, macerated black fruits, and a hint of wood and resin, embodies pure Italian tradition. The palate is fine and tight, with present tannins that will benefit from another year or two of bottle aging. This is a beautiful, classic Barolo with an elegant profile. Hand harvested from vines situated between 250m and 400m altitude. Vinification in stainless steel vats. Aged 24 months in 5000-liter foudres and 225-liter barrels.Color:

The palate is fine and tight, the tannins are present, this is a juice that will benefit from another 1-2 years of bottle ageing to further refine its tannins on an elegant profile.
