Wine:

Pure and delicate, the 2022 Alsace Pinot Blanc Réserve White is an elegant, floral wine with subtle hints of nougat and almond. This refined and refreshing expression of Pinot Blanc offers a crisp mineral edge, greater density than the classic cuvée, and a more nuanced, saline-driven flavor profile. Perfect as an aperitif, it also pairs beautifully with fish dishes or vegetarian cuisine. Enjoy it now or over the next five years. A Favorite of the Selection Committee, rated 93/100.

Vinification:

Hand harvested from vines approximately 60 years old. Whole berry pressing, static settling, no temperature control, fermentation on lees for 2 to 6 months. Aged on lees for 11 months.
