Wine:

The 2022 red Côte Roannaise is crafted from old-vine Gamay grown on granite soils, vinified and aged with minimal intervention. The result is a wine with fresh black cherry notes, a fine structure, subtle minerality, and a lovely depth on the palate, offering a balance of ripeness and juiciness. Delicate tannins add to its vibrant and approachable character, making it perfect to enjoy now or over the next 5 years, paired with grilled red meat or duck breast. This is Gamay Saint-Romain at its finest—juicy, refined, and full of flavor! Rated 92+/100 by our Selection Committee.
