Béatrice and Vincent Rapin are all about the details. These meticulous winegrowers tend their tiny 1.5-hectare plot with near-monastic devotion. Committed to organic farming and embracing biodynamic principles, they carry out an immense amount of work in the vineyard — allowing them to step back completely in the cellar and let the wine make itself.

Crafted for true connoisseurs, their wines quickly caught the attention of Stéphane Derenoncourt, the renowned Bordeaux winemaker and consultant. And no wonder: this wine, named after a charming flower from the lily-of-the-valley family that blooms at eleven o’clock, is a bold standout in the Bordeaux landscape. It shakes up tradition to deliver pure, uncompromising fruit flavors that speak for themselves.
