Wine:

The 2023 Red Chinon Tradition captures the essence of Cabernet Franc at peak ripeness. Aromas of fine graphite, black fruits, and subtle floral notes emerge with clarity and precision. The palate is supple and vibrant, offering concentrated fruit flavors with the smooth texture of polished tannins. Balanced and meticulously crafted, it shows impressive depth and refinement. With the structure to age gracefully for 6 to 8 years or more, this is a superb example of Chinon's potential. Rated 93/100 by the Selection Committee.

Hand harvested, vinified for 8 months in concrete vats.

Temperature:

Decant before serving between 14 and 16°C.
