The 2021 Rosé Òbélo Côtes de Provence is a very nice Mediterranean classic wine. Delicate and refined, it delivers delicate aromas of red fruits, and tart raspberry, with a nice freshness. It is a modern wine style with tension and energy, which will please fans of crisp and very accessible rosés. A wine to share with friends as an aperitif or to serve with grilled fish and seafood.

Mechanical harvesting, selection of grapes, wine from the trade, maturing for 3 months in stainless steel tanks.

Very light salmon, shiny with silver reflections.
