Wine:

A small production of Chenin, the 2022 white Saumur L'Echelier stretches out on persistent citrus flavors and an extremely chiseled allonge. This white expresses itself more in purity than in power, with a magnificent saline brilliance where the power of the vintage takes a chiselled turn. A taut, enchanting style that is the estate's signature.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, alcoholic fermentation in 600-liter oval barrels, aged 9 months on fine lees.

Certified organic and biodynamic wine.

Color:

Bright straw yellow.

Nose:

Fresh and delicious, with fruity, floral and citrus notes.

Palate:

This wine is pure, concentrated and fruity, with a sublime minerality.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
