Wine:

The 2021 white Chassagne-Montrachet exudes fully mature Chardonnay! With its notes of butter and fine oak, hazelnut, and dried fruits, it charms effortlessly. The rich, ripe, and indulgent structure reflects the same level of care, offering volume, a round and creamy profile with a lot of finesse; it's a very pleasant wine, already well-opened, crafted in a rich and unifying style. A beautiful expression of the Côte de Beaune and a Chassagne that fulfills all its promises! Rated 93/100 by the Committee.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, whole bunches pressed.
Aged 18 months on lees, including 10 months in wood (pièces bourguignonnes and foudres).
