Hand harvested, the grapes are picked at maturity, and more often than not in several sortings. Gentle, carefully controlled pressing is carried out in order to draw out the best of the grape without altering it. The meticulous aging in casks or wooden vats is extremely unusual for wines from this region.Color:

His latest challenge is Château des Tourettes in the Lubéron. He again blows away conventional standards and takes his wines to a prodigious level through his enormous talent and strength of conviction.
