Wine:
The 2020 White Lieu-Dit Saint-Joseph is a perfect representation of the Marsanne grape’s generosity and intensity. This is a delicate and refined wine, with slight aromas of yellow fruits, white flowers, and hints of toast and honey. The palate is rich and fresh, with an extremely pure and precise finish. What a treat!Vinification:
Hand harvested, alcoholic fermentation control, vinification and maturation in new oak barrels for 2/3 of the juice and in one wine barrel for 1/3.Color:
