Wine:

The 2021 Red Cornas Terres Brûlées showcases beautiful balance, carried by the freshness of Syrah. The refined nose reveals smoky tones, complemented by dark fruits, especially wild blackberry. On the palate, it offers a lovely velvety texture, with a digestible and already highly enjoyable profile. The oak is well-integrated, enhancing the wine with precision. It can be decanted to savor its youthful fruit now, while also having great potential for aging.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested and destemmed, temperature-controlled vinification, aged 21 months in oak barrels, 15% of which are new, and the remainder from 1 to 4 wines.

Certified organic wine.

Color:

An intense carmine red.

Nose:

Aromas of black fruits and blackberries underlined by smoky notes.

Palate:

Sappy and velvety with fully ripe fruity aromas, this precise wine is easy to digest and pleasant to drink right from the start.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.

XXL prime rib, wild mushroom puff pastry, baked leg of lamb.

From now until 2029.
