Drawing inspiration from Burgundy, where he trained, Burgaud works only with top sites. His method is precise and thoughtful: single-parcel vinification, partial whole-cluster fermentation, and long ageing in barrel—without the use of new oak.
His wines are consistently ripe, vibrant, and finely sculpted, capturing the soul of each vineyard with elegance and energy. Already a sure bet in red, Burgaud now turns his hand to white wines—with equally impressive results.
