It maintains a lovely tension on the palate, with a gentle fruitiness that adds a smooth, rich texture, complemented by light, mouthwatering bitterness on the finish. Vinification:

Hand harvested, whole grapes pressed.
Vinification and ageing in stainless steel vats, with indigenous yeasts.

Bright gold.

Fresh, with hints of frangipane and floral notes.

Elegant and taut, this cuvée offers rich fruity flavors and finishes with subtle, mouthwatering bitterness.

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
