Sourced from east-facing vines on clay-rich soils near Pommard, the 2017 Beaune Premier Cru Champs Pimont Red exemplifies the finesse and balance that define great Burgundy. The nose is vibrant and expressive, with fresh floral aromas and delicate red berry notes. On the palate, it reveals remarkable depth and concentration, with a rounded, generous texture that remains light and refined. Vinification:

Hand-harvested, vinification in open wooden vats, daily punching of the cap, malolactic fermentation carried out. Aged in oak barrels for 20 months.

Bouquet of fresh flowers punctuated with scents of small red fruits.

Palate:

Full-bodied and dense with strikingly vibrant flavours, this elegant and pure cuvée offers immediate enjoyment. It combines generosity, freshness, and depth in perfect harmony.
