A legend of Roussillon and a champion of biodynamics, Mas Amiel, with 2 stars in the RVF Guide, represents a significant chapter in the region's history. Famous for its sweet wines, it also excels in producing dry wines with a pure and sanguine style, supported by an exemplary heritage of old vines.

Talented winemaker Nicolas Raffy proudly showcases these schist-laden sectors, embedded with limestone, black marl, and granite. He identifies steep parcels and oversees the best blends and aging processes to bring them to their peak.

Today, the estate is a Mediterranean benchmark. The momentum initiated 25 years ago by Olivier Decelle—also owner of Château Jean Faure in Saint-Emilion—has resulted in a perfectly crafted range of cuvées, dazzling in their generosity and purity, edging close to earning a third RVF star.
