100% Marsanne from the Les Murets vineyard, the 2019 white Ermitage De l'Orée is an exemplary white wine, with scents of summer fruits, peach, melon and apricot. Rich and expressive, carried by a great breadth of palate, it unfolds a vibrant, balanced wine, with a beautiful finish on bitters. Rated 96/100 by Parker.Vinification:
Hand harvested, 50% of the wine is vinified in demi-muids, with regular stirring of the lees, then in vats for the rest of the harvest.Aged on lees for 6 months and then 4 more months before bottling.
