The 2023 White Menetou-Salon is a beautifully crafted white wine, with no oak aging, allowing its fresh, pure fruit aromas to shine through. Vinification:

Mechanical and manual harvesting, pneumatic pressing, aged for 9 months on delicate lees in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Bottled in March 2024.

Bright pale yellow.

Fresh and pure, with floral notes, citrus zest and lime, all with a restrained ageing.

Palate:

A precise, fresh, and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc that is ready to enjoy now.
