Wine:

The 2022 Red Côtes-du-Rhône Réserve is a wine of intensity, bursting with blackberry and other dark fruit flavours, supported by a well-developed tannic structure. Dense and concentrated, it offers a beautifully balanced mid-palate that, while youthful, shows great potential. Accented by subtle violet aromas, this is a wine of impressive caliber that can be enjoyed now or evolve gracefully over the next two years. Perfect alongside red meats or hearty dishes like beef stew.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Berries are sorted and destemmed. Fermentation in 150- and 190-hl temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats. Aged in wood and stainless steel vats for 1 year.

Color:

Deep ruby red.

Nose:

Powerful aromas of ripe black fruit with hints of spice.

Palate:

Velvety texture with delicate, perfectly integrated tannins.

Temperature:
