The 2023 Côtes de Provence Fantastique Rosé is the epitome of the La Londe terroir and unique craftsmanship. This organic and vegan rosé is crafted from the estate's finest parcels. Precise and pure, with a finely balanced structure, it offers fresh aromas and remarkable finesse, staying true to the singular, mineral-driven style of this iconic estate. A must-have rosé for any aperitif.

Vinification:

Cold skin maceration before pressing. Temperature-controlled vinification. Selection of the best wines. Aged in vats on fine lees. Fining and filtration before bottling.

Nose:

A balance between rich aromas of white peach and pear, and more exotic nuances of lychee, passion fruit and grapefruit zest.
