Wine:
The 2019 Gaillac Duras Red proudly showcases the noble rusticity of the Duras grape, with a structure that’s both firm and refined, and a texture that’s generous yet supple. Aromas of dark berries and cocoa weave through a ripe, well-infused, and beautifully balanced palate. The tannins are present but never overwhelming, giving the wine depth and definition, along with notes of spice and a subtle smoky edge. It’s full of character and charm—a wine that shines with slow-cooked dishes like osso buco or seven-hour lamb. A must-try, and a favourite of our Selection Committee. Rated 93/100.Vinification:
