Wine:
Drawing from beautifully ripe Gamay and a prime east-facing granite hillside, the 2023 Red Brouilly Reverdon is bursting with rich, macerated dark fruit, somewhere between raspberry and blackberry. A short aging without oak keeps the purity intact, allowing the wine’s natural charm to shine. This is a generous, fleshy Gamay with fine tannins—a stunning expression of Brouilly that’s fresh, vibrant, and full of character, finishing with delicate violet notes. While it has the depth to age for a decade, it’s already wonderfully approachable. A Selection Committee Favorite, rated 93/100.Vinification:
Hand harvested. Whole grapes vinified, macerated for 10 days and aged for 7 months in cement tanks.Certified organic wine.
