Wine:

The 2023 White Châteauneuf-du-Pape Pure Roussanne takes this classic Rhône Valley grape to new heights. Sourced from two distinct terroirs—north-facing sandy soils and a sun-drenched parcel of galets—this wine strikes a perfect balance between power and finesse. Its fresh, well-balanced profile unfolds with floral aromas intertwined with hints of honey and spice. On the palate, it showcases the warmth and generosity of the southern Rhône without excess, offering a rich, full-bodied expression that remains precise and vibrant. A true food wine, this Roussanne shines alongside roast lobster or duck à l’orange. Awarded 92/100 by Olivier Poussier, Best Sommelier of the World.

A leading name in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Domaine Usseglio Raymond & Fils is one of the region’s most sought-after estates. Renowned for its wines’ depth and impeccable balance, it stands apart from many of its peers—few can claim such consistency and finesse.

Long praised by the Parker Guide, the estate’s wines have become increasingly difficult to secure. With each new vintage, demand soars, and bottles disappear almost instantly upon release.
