From old vines over 50 years old, organically farmed and predominantly Grenache (70%), the 2022 Red Côtes du Rhône Arcane Valet d'Épée showcases vibrant freshness. The nose reveals subtle peony notes, while the palate offers a delicate and satisfying experience that's truly enjoyable. Vinification:

Hand harvested. Long one-month maceration with little extraction. Vinification in stainless steel vats. Aged for 12 months in concrete vats.

Bright carmine red.

A delicate profile with an infused, refined, and minimalist style, offering a rich texture with moderate power and an elegant finish.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.
