Wine:

A blend of 60% Grenache and Syrah from 15 parcels across the appellation, the 2021 Red Lirac delivers alluring notes of spices, garrigue, and ripe fruit, all framed by an elegant aging process with minimal oak influence. Vinification:

Hand harvested. Long maceration. Maturation of 100% of the Grenache in concrete vats and 30% of the Syrah in barrels for 12 months.

Palate:

A bold and generous structure with smooth tannins and a harmonious finish.
