The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Our Selection Committee is constantly seeking out the finest Champagnes at the best prices, travelling the vineyards and tasting a wide range of wines. Our latest selection was conclusive, uncovering hidden gems that offer exceptional quality for the price.

One of these finds is the family-run Allouchery-Perseval house, located in the Premier Cru village of Ecueil on the Montagne de Reims. Their Pinot Noir cuvée, at just €21.99, is an incredible value—an outstanding wine at a price that’s hard to beat.
Wine A true champion in our latest tasting, the Premier Cru Blanc de Noirs Le Tradition Brut Champagne completely exceeded expectations. Made from pure Pinot Noir and enriched with 65% reserve wines from previous vintages, it delivers remarkable class and elegance. The nose is wonderfully floral, with hints of mirabelle plum and citrus, while the palate is creamy and beautifully balanced, evolving into notes of dried fruits and ripe yellow fruits. Whether enjoyed as an aperitif or at the start of a meal, it offers a memorable tasting experience.
Vinification Hand harvested, based on the 2021 harvest and 65% reserve wines, alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. After blending and bottling, the wines are kept for a minimum of 21 months.
