Wine The 2023 Red Côtes Catalanes Aiglon bursts with dark fruit aromas, hints of garrigue, and a subtle touch of ash, all wrapped in a fresh, vibrant profile. The palate is supple and refreshing, with juicy, generous texture and exceptionally fine, almost silky tannins. A wine of pure indulgence, perfect for enjoying with simple dishes like roasted chicken or slow-cooked pork belly. Rated 94/100 by the Selection Committee.
