Wine The 2022 Cairanne La Jean de Verde Red is nothing short of extraordinary. Likely the finest wine the estate has produced to date, it epitomises the success of the vintage within the appellation, offering phenomenal complexity. Its nuanced and captivating bouquet reveals aromas of red fruits, rose, citrus zest, and blackberries. The palate is rich and powerful, seamlessly balanced, echoing these vibrant notes with ultra-silky tannins and remarkable persistence. A true benchmark. Rated 95–97/100 by Parker.
Vinification Hand harvested mid-September. Destemming before vatting, cold fermentation. Pneumatic pressing. Aged for 12 months in demi-muids.
