The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Enhanced by the cool freshness of Pic Saint-Loup, these two magnums, priced under €10, are essential additions to any collection.

The Clos des Augustins is celebrated for its refined cuvées, offering a striking contrast to the region's typically robust wines. Here, finesse and approachability shine, with beautifully balanced flavors shaped by one of the Languedoc’s most distinctive and cooler terroirs.
Wine With excellent ripeness, the 2023 White IGP Pays d’Oc Esquisse delivers a generous and delicate profile, featuring notes of white fruit and a subtle bitterness that adds persistence. The overall balance is remarkable, combining vibrant acidity with a refreshing tang. A delightful white to enjoy with tapas, grilled sea bream, or a fillet of seabass.
Vinification Mechanical harvesting. De-stemming and crushing of grapes, direct pressing, settling by decantation. Aged for 6 months on fine lees with stirring in stainless steel vats.
