Catapulted in a very short time among the legends of Burgundy, awarded 2 stars by the RVF Guide, Domaine Bruno Colin stands as an undisputed reference in Chassagne-Montrachet. Since 2004, this exceptional winemaker has charted a flawless course, committed to organic farming, and championing a pure and sophisticated interpretation of Burgundy's chardonnay.
Mainly spread across Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet, and Saint-Aubin, his vineyard spans 9 impeccably maintained hectares, a testament to wines that are straight and streamlined, masterfully vinified, with outstanding aging management and tension.
These wines impress with their textural precision, both in whites and reds, and their coherence with their original terroir. |

Also claiming the Morgeot finage, the 2021 white Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru La Boudriotte is a little rarity made from just 24 ares of old vines. It's a straightforward Chardonnay, perfectly balanced between finesse and power, which finds in this vintage a particularly brilliant mineral length with acidulous fruit and a first-rate zesty bitterness. A premier cru with great ageing potential, with that noble sensation of power and firmness. Rated 93/100 RVF. |
