The estate and the wine |
Domaine Bonnet-Huteau, located in the heart of the Loire Valley, is a standout for its exceptional Muscadets, produced through meticulous biodynamic practices. The estate, managed by brothers Jean-Jacques and Rémi Bonnet, who have inherited it from their family, spans 40 hectares and has risen to become one of the Loire’s most distinguished vineyards.
Supported by Olivier Poussier, a one-star sommelier in the RVF Guide, this model estate is a perfect example of the complex geology of a region often overlooked. It crafts vibrant, elegant white wines that are both refreshing and surprisingly age-worthy—cuvées that truly shine with energy and brilliance. |

Deeply mineral with a delicate bitterness, the 2023 Les Bonnets Blancs White Muscadet is a benchmark for the appellation. It opens with a fresh, pure bouquet of floral aromas, particularly orchard blossoms, complemented by hints of mint and citrus. On the palate, it offers fine, energetic, slightly sparkling notes that ensures maximum freshness, with a vibrant, zesty character—perfect for enjoying as an aperitif or paired with seafood. |
