The estate and the wine |
|
|
Under the stewardship of Giorgio Cavanna, a star winemaker from Chianti’s Castello di Ama, and guided by Bertrand Léon, son of the former winemaker at Château Mouton-Rothschild, the Grand Enclos du Château de Cérons has risen to prominence as one of the standout names in its appellation. Today, it produces premium wines that beautifully capture the Bordeaux style, striking the perfect balance between power and elegance. |
