With 70 g/L of beautifully integrated residual sugar, it delivers a luscious, concentrated, and elegantly balanced palate, unfolding into a long finish of delicate spices, a hint of vanilla, and that irresistible touch of juicy mirabelle. A truly exceptional sweet wine that deserves time—let it age for ten years or more before pairing it with mirabelle or apple tart or a simple foie gras.
