Of great purity, the 2023 white Sancerre La Terre des Anges opens with refreshing floral notes, of wisteria in particular. The precise, lively, sharp structure offers a light, thirst-quenching style, with lovely freshness and crisp fruity notes. An ideal white to pair with goat's cheese, oysters and delicate cuisine.
