The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Philippe Alliet is a model winemaker, awarded 2 stars in the RVF Green Guide. He produces long-macerated red wines, dazzling with strong flavors of fruit and maturity. These sought-after wines have become benchmarks in Chinon and, in recent vintages, have shown an ever-renewed naturalness of expression.

The beautiful Cravant hillsides contribute greatly to this: these magical terroirs bear a Cabernet Franc that is enchanting in its precision and flavor, easily rivaling the greatest expressions of Bordeaux.
Wine Made from gravelly areas and aged without the use of wood, the 2020 Red Chinon has a crisp, fruity palate full of freshness. Without excessive richness or power, this Chinon is dashing and straightforward, with fine and smooth tannins. All the finest expression of a great Cabernet is concentrated here. A wine that perfectly matches the ambition of the estate. Reserved for VIPs, only on allocation and in limited quantities.
Vinification Hand harvested, vinification 8 months in concrete tanks.
