Wine From a well-matured vintage, the 2021 Red Savigny-lès-Beaune reveals a generous, silky profile, offering a wine that’s both charming and delicate. The nose is spicy and floral—typical of this terroir—with a hint of wild blackberry. On the palate, it unfolds with finesse and softness, leading into a long, satisfying finish. This is a delicate and elegant wine that will continue to develop beautifully over the next 5 to 6 years.
Vinification Hand-harvested grapes from the estate, supplemented by grape and wine purchases from partner suppliers.
Maceration and vinification for 2 to 3 weeks, aged for 12 to 15 months in barrels (10% new).
