The estate and the wine At the pinnacle of Burgundy's elite, Domaine Antonin Guyon excels in producing wines that are structured, vigorous, and elegant. Each bottle that emerges from its cellars is a gem of precision, perfectly matched to its terroir.
Wine From a 3-hectare parcel located directly opposite the renowned Domaine Roumier, the 2022 red Chambolle-Musigny Les Cras is a wine of magnificent finesse and concentration. It delivers a chalky juice with great minerality, indicating excellent aging potential. The black fruit and the patina of the already perfectly integrated wood contribute to a high-class aromatic profile, and the silky tannins enhance this sense of extreme delicacy. A truly great wine! Rated 95/100 by the Selection Committee.
Vinification Hand harvested, long vinification in wooden vats with punching of the cap and temperature control. Aged in oak barrels (25% new) for 14 months.
