The estate and the wine A pioneer of organic farming since the 1980s, Jasci is a family estate located in the heart of Italy. More precisely, in the Abruzzo region, a mountainous province open to the Adriatic Sea, where the Montepulciano and Trebbiano grape varieties shine.

On 12 hectares, Donatello and Piera Jasci strive to create fresh, perfectly drinkable wines—both reds and whites—that offer an impressive quality-to-price ratio.
Wine The 2021 Red Montepulciano d’Abruzzo is a delicate and fruity wine, with aromas of black fruits, pepper, and dried herbs. Its remarkable balance highlights a ripe, concentrated fruitiness and a fresh, fleshy texture. Perfect for the table, it pairs beautifully with veal chops or a thyme-roasted pork loin. A highly enjoyable wine, ready to be savored now.
Vinification Harvested by hand. Vinification with indigenous yeasts. Destemming, fermentation and maceration in stainless steel vats for 15 days. Aged in stainless steel and concrete vats.
