The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Adored by the greatest Michelin star chefs, Denis Jeandeau has become a true phenomenon. Régis Marcon, Le Pré Catelan, Lameloise, l'Arpège, l'Ambroisie, Guy Savoy, to name but a few, have his wines on their wine lists. The young winemaker has always been very attentive and rigorous in his winemaking style and has chosen to produce only a limited number of elite wines with a very selective distribution.

William Kelley of the Parker Guide raves about them: “These are precise, elegant wines that subvert the Mâconnais stereotypes of unctuousness and corpulence, and their classy style will certainly win them many admirers. So, I once again encourage readers who haven't encountered this impressive producer's wines to seek them out.”
Wine Surrounded by parcels of Pouilly-Fuissé, the 2020 white Mâcon-Villages Vieilles Vignes develops a fresh and tight palate that is quite complex. The flavors of white fruits and juicy pear mingle in a very sapid and light body. Here is a Mâcon wine that benefits from the good maturity of the vintage and from a lovely natural acidity which gives it relief and ensures its digestible aspect. To be enjoyed as an aperitif with small fried foods or goat cheese.
Vinification Hand harvested, whole bunch pressing.
Vinification and maturing under indigenous yeasts, in stainless steel tanks.
