Wine The 2023 Red Crozes-Hermitage Petite Ruche is a refined yet approachable Syrah, showcasing classic smoky, bacon-like notes with a fresh, lifted profile. Aged entirely in cement to retain purity and elegance, it delivers a smooth, sapid structure with fine, silky tannins. A wine of pure, immediate pleasure, best enjoyed within the next two years.
Vinification Hand harvested. Vinification in cement vats with 2 pump-overs per day for 3 to 4 weeks after alcoholic fermentation. Aged in vats. Bottled the following autumn.
