The estate and the wine Founded in 1899 and based in Épernay, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, Champagne Médot is a family-run house quietly crafting organic champagnes of remarkable purity.
Wine An equal blend of Pinot Noir and Meunier, predominantly from the 2021 harvest, the Champagne HVE Extra-Brut Blanc de Noirs presents a refined balance of dryness and softness. Its ultra-fine bubbles are complemented by delicate notes of ladyfinger biscuits. Fresh and incredibly elegant, this champagne is perfect as an aperitif or paired with a fresh fruit dessert.
Vinification Hand harvested, based on the 2021 harvest, vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, aged for 4 to 6 months in stainless steel vats.

Dosage 5 g/l.
