This wine is refined and spirited, with a clean and precise nose featuring scents of red fruits, blackcurrant, and cherry, complemented by a subtle smoky note. The palate is very elegant and lively, ripe without being overpowering; it's a charming wine that can be enjoyed throughout a meal, starting with the aperitif. It pairs well with tapenades or pork rillettes and also with bistro dishes like pork shank or pot-au-feu. Highly recommended. Rated 92/100 by the Committee.
