Nestled between Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Lirac, and Tavel, Château de Manissy shines as a gem in the southern Rhône, offering thrilling cuvées at wise prices. For over a century, it has been under the care of the Missionaries of the Holy Family and is now biodynamically managed by the skilled Florian André, making it a hotspot for enthusiasts.
In Tavel, the estate crafts deeply colored, long-keeping rosés, rich and intense, diverging from the pale Provencal style. This understated terroir, a remarkable geological layer cake, thus nurtures exceptional gastronomy wines, celebrated by the finest dining tables. |

This intense rosé, with its onion-skin hue, is made from grenache, clairette, and cinsault.
